La Dimora di SteSa is a charming house, with a popular and seafaring character, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, on the first floor of a quiet and private period building. It is located in Vico Arco Oscura 8, a few steps from typical shops, restaurants and the sea. Access is via a flight of stairs: the apartment is not serviced by an elevator.

The apartment is on one level and consists of: equipped kitchen, with service balcony and washing machine. Two large living rooms with TV and street view, with sofa bed. A full bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with a balcony.

You will have access to the entire house with all its amenities. NO SHARED SPACE, just you.

We take care of welcoming you in person, from 16:00 to 22:00.

If possible, we can organize your arrival even before 16:00.

After 22:00, a supplement may be required, to be paid directly to a team member.

In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with the manual keys to be able to access the apartment independently.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR:

The apartment is located in the historic center in a pedestrian area that is not accessible by car. It is possible to park outside the Ztl zone, parking is free in areas with white stripes, for a fee (1—2€/hour) in blue areas. We can book a private covered and secure car park for you at a cost of 30 euros per day.

Before, during and after your stay, you will be in constant contact with our Customer Service.

We are not robots, but many people available from a single phone number to guarantee you the best experience.

We like to offer additional services such as transfers from/to airports, train stations, tourist ports or tourist bus stops.

Or, we can offer you a car rental service, Vespa, bicycles and much more.
