Everything is at your fingertips: the historic center can be reached in 10 minutes, the beach of Cala Porta Vecchia in about 12 minutes and the train station in 7 minutes. A short distance away are also the Carlo V Castle, the Old Port and the Cathedral of Monopoli.

  After 22:00, a supplement may be requested, to be paid directly to a member of the MONHOLIDAY team.
  In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with the manual keys to be able to access the apartment independently.
  We will ask you to fill in an intuitive form, which you will receive through a link, so as to make the registration procedures quick and simple.

• Parking is free in areas with white stripes, for a fee (1—2€/hour) in blue areas. We can reserve private covered and secure parking for you at a cost of 30 euros per day.

• - The tourist tax is to be paid according to the municipal regulations of the Municipality of Monopoli and is not included in the price of the stay. Starting from 2026, the amount is 2 euros per night per person.
