The terrace on the sea is an authentic apartment, located overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view. It is located in Via Procaccia 89, on the fifth and last floor of the building, with an elevator. Its location is strategic: a step away from the beaches and the historic center, with the main tourist attractions, and in an area well served by restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The apartment has a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a bright double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a living area with sofa bed, suitable for up to 4 people in total.

From the living room, access to the wonderful rooftop terrace overlooking the sea overlooking the public beach of Porto Rosso. Ideal for breakfasts or dinners with the scent of the sea! Here you will feel suspended between sky and water!

THE TERRACE ON THE SEA BY MONHOLIDAY

You will have access to the entire house with all its amenities. NO SHARED SPACE, just you.

We take care of welcoming you in person, from 16:00 to 22:00.

If possible, we can organize your arrival even before 16:00.

After 22:00, a supplement may be required, to be paid directly to a team member.

In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with the manual keys to be able to access the apartment independently.

Before, during and after your stay, you will be in constant contact with our Customer Service.

We are not robots, but many people available from a single phone number to guarantee you the best experience.

We like to offer additional services such as transfers from/to airports, train stations, tourist ports or tourist bus stops.
