In the heart of Monopoli, in Via Ricasoli 3, DELUXE-PUMO is an elegant renovated apartment that combines the charm of early 1900s houses — with exposed stone and white walls — with modern comfort.

Large spaces, authentic style and all the comforts to experience Monopoli to the fullest. It is located on the first floor, accessible via a convenient internal staircase.

The space

Designed to accommodate up to two people, the apartment consists of a modern double bedroom, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, and a small functional kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The real strength of the structure is its strategic position, which allows you to easily walk to typical restaurants, bars, characteristic shops and the waterfront, experiencing Monopoli without the need for a car.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR:

Parking is available on the street, free on the white stripes or for a fee on the blue stripes with rates ranging from 1 to 2 euros per hour; it is also possible to request secure and covered private parking at a cost of 30 euros per day.

Access for guests

We take care of welcoming you in person, from 16:00 to 22:00.

If possible, we can organize your arrival even before 16:00.

After 22:00, a supplement may be requested, to be paid directly to a member of the MONHOLIDAY team.

In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with an electronic card to be able to access your room independently.
