La Casetta

La Casetta is a quiet and central apartment, with independent access, located a few meters from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the historic center of the city of Monopoli. The entrance is private and to access it, you have to go down 3 steps.
The rooms are all arranged on the same floor and as soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a small living area with sofa bed and Smart TV. The kitchen is super equipped, with induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, table and chairs. The double bedroom, on the other hand, as well as the bathroom complete with tub and shower, give access to a small internal atrium, ideal for a coffee break.
The area is super served, with easy parking both adjacent to the structure and nearby, on the public road or on white lines (free) or on blue lines (for a fee - the hourly rate depends on the period).
From here it is possible to visit the whole city on foot and thanks to the nearby railway station it is possible to reach Polignano a Mare rather than Ostuni or Lecce. Nearby, there is also a bus stop to reach the major towns of the Valle d'Itria or the seaside resort of Capitolo, where all the summer nightlife is concentrated. So why not choose La casetta?
