The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms. There is a complete bathroom, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, to ensure maximum comfort for guests.


The living room and kitchen area is large and bright, furnished in a modern and nautical style and equipped with all the necessary appliances for a carefree stay. Guests will have at their disposal an electric hob, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle and a juicer.


The apartment has a furnished sea view balcony with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

To ensure maximum comfort in any season, the accommodation is equipped with a central heating and cooling system, as well as fast Wi-Fi fibre internet connection.


The location is ideal for those who want to explore Monopoli on foot. The apartment is just a few meters from the first public beaches and only 200 meters from the old town, with its restaurants, bars and quaint shops. 


For those arriving by car, parking is available on the road: free on white stripes and paid on blue stripes, with rates ranging between 1 and 2 euros per hour depending on the period and area. For those who prefer a more comfortable solution, there is a private parking and covered at the cost of 30 euros per day.


Access to the apartment is by manual keys, which will be given directly at check-in.
