The apartment is on the second floor of an ancient whitewashed building, once home to a single family. What truly makes this apartment unique is the exclusive use of the terrace, offering a picturesque view of the bell towers and the sea on the horizon—just 200 meters away on foot!

The Apartment

The space consists of:

• A bright living area with a balcony and window, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table with seating for four, and a sofa bed, frequently used by families or groups of friends. The apartment accommodates up to four guests!
  


• The bedroom, accessible through a small hallway, features a balcony and a window overlooking an internal courtyard. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers, a Smart TV, armchairs, and a reading lamp.


• The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, includes a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower.
  

The Exclusive Terrace

To access the private terrace, you will need to exit the apartment and take a staircase leading up to it. The terrace has a lockable door, ensuring full privacy during your stay.
